Kathy O’Connell, MD

Dr. Kathy O’Connell was born and raised on the Peninsula and graduated from Tabb High School. When she is not practicing medicine she enjoys eating chocolate, reading books, riding her dirt bike, volunteering and serving the community.

“My patients really are part of my family. I’m privileged to be a part of their life’s journey and I treasure the long term relationships that we develop.”

Kathy has a passion for traveling to the most remote parts of Uganda and Kenya to serve those in great need of spiritual and medical care. She lives in Yorktown with her husband, Jim and is blessed with a daughter, Katie and a son, James.
