You should feel your baby’s movement – rolls, kicks, or flutters – between 18 and 25 weeks. Ideally, you will feel 10 “kicks” within a two-hour period or less.

Counting and timing the kicks is one way to monitor your baby’s health.

Before you start, have a snack and empty your bladder. Write your start time. Mark an X in the box on the kick form every time you feel a fetal movement. Stop when you reach 10 movements and write the stop time. If you notice a significant decrease in fetal movement please call the office 757-595-9905. Please bring this form with you to every office visit and talk to us if you have any questions.
